BeyondOTP – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BeyondOTP. By using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using BeyondOTP, you:

Agree to be bound by these Terms
Confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Agree to comply with applicable laws while using the app

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use BeyondOTP.
If using BeyondOTP on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Use of the App

BeyondOTP provides secure OTP transfer and workflow management for:

Individuals (B2C): For secure OTP verification without phone calls
Logistics and Field Teams (B2B2C): For efficient OTP verification and workflow optimization

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not interfere with app functionality or attempt unauthorized access
Not misuse OTPs, workflow data, or other users’ information

4. Account Registration & Security

You may be required to create an account to use BeyondOTP.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Notify BeyondOTP immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
BeyondOTP is not liable for loss due to compromised credentials caused by negligence or unauthorized sharing.

5. Data Privacy & Security

BeyondOTP collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All workflow, OTP, and account data are stored securely and transmitted via encrypted channels.
Individual reports are retained for 30 days, after which only anonymized data is used for analytics and system improvement.
Account deletion requests are handled securely and may take time to ensure workflow integrity.

6. B2B2C / Business Use

If you use BeyondOTP as part of a business or enterprise workflow:
- You are responsible for instructing your team and customers on proper use
- You may not use BeyondOTP to violate privacy, data protection, or other applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, software, and trademarks are the property of NineBit Computing Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer BeyondOTP without express written permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the app to commit fraud or illegal activities
Interfere with other users’ access or app functionality
Attempt to bypass security, reverse-engineer, or manipulate workflows

9. Limitation of Liability

BeyondOTP is provided “as is” and “as available.”
NineBit Computing Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for damages, delays, or losses resulting from app use, including but not limited to delivery errors or OTP verification delays.
You use the app at your own risk.

10. Termination

BeyondOTP may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.
You may delete your account via the in-app Delete Account feature; see account deletion details.

11. Changes to Terms

NineBit Computing Pvt. Ltd. may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted in-app and on https://beyondotp.com/terms
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction / Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
