Account Deletion – BeyondOTP

BeyondOTP is developed and operated by NineBit Computing Pvt. Ltd.

If you wish to delete your BeyondOTP account and associated personal data, you must submit a request directly within the app.


How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open the BeyondOTP app
  2. Go to Support
  3. Select “Delete Account”
  4. Submit the request

Your request will automatically include your account identifier and will be securely forwarded to our support team for processing.

For security reasons, account deletion requests cannot be processed via email.


Why Deletion Is Not Always Instant

Account deletion may not occur immediately in certain cases.

If you have created or are participating in an active workflow, deletion will be processed only after:

  • The active workflow is completed or safely terminated
  • Required system logs are generated and stored in anonymized form

This ensures system integrity, audit consistency, and proper completion of in-progress authentication flows.


What Data Is Deleted

Once processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your account profile information
  • Associated authentication data
  • Stored user preferences
  • Linked identifiers within our systems

Data Retention

  • Certain anonymized system logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
  • These logs do not contain personally identifiable account data after deletion is completed.

Deletion is completed within 7 days, unless delayed due to an active workflow as described above.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
